Count Settings Through the Machine Controls

The required stack quantity is entered through the control interface as part of the configured production setup. The counting and discharge sequence then organizes output according to the selected operating parameters.

Stack quantity can be adjusted for the confirmed production recipe.
Operators can review relevant machine status through the interface.
Recipe changes should follow the approved setup and work instruction.

Automated counting supports repeatability but does not remove the need for sampling, count verification and traceability controls defined by the manufacturer.

Flatness, alignment and surface protection must be evaluated with the actual product. Conveyor delivery should not be described as guaranteeing zero deformation or zero rejects.
