Product Capabilities

Build the Product Around Your Market

Start from the use case, then define the size, shape, material structure, surface texture, edge finish and packaging format.

Wet-Compress Pads

Thin, flexible formats developed for localized skincare application and controlled liquid handling.

  • Shape and coverage customization
  • Material and weight selection
  • Individual or multi-piece packing review

Round Cotton Pads

Everyday cleansing and toner-pad formats with configurable diameter, layers, surfaces and edge treatment.

  • Ø58 mm reference format or custom size
  • Smooth, embossed or dual-surface options
  • Edge structure confirmed by sample

Square & Rectangular Pads

Flexible surface-area and thickness options for retail, professional and application-specific product concepts.

  • Common and custom dimensions
  • Layer and grammage development
  • Pack-count and compression review

Custom Shape & Embossing

Distinctive silhouettes and surface patterns evaluated against material behavior, tooling and layout efficiency.

  • Drawing-based feasibility review
  • Custom mold and layout proposal
  • Brand pattern sampling and approval
All dimensions, material weights, layer structures and performance descriptions remain subject to sample verification and written project confirmation.
Faster Feasibility Review

What to Include in Your Product Brief

A complete brief allows the team to evaluate production feasibility, tooling, sample scope, packaging and quotation with fewer revisions.

Project Workflow

From Product Brief to Shipment

Each stage creates a clear decision point so specifications, cost, timing and quality expectations stay aligned.

01Requirement Review

Review the target product, market, volume, packaging and available reference materials.

02Feasibility & Quotation

Confirm the proposed structure, tooling scope, MOQ basis, sample plan and commercial terms.

03Sample Development

Produce and refine samples against the agreed dimensions, materials, appearance and function.

04Written Approval

Freeze the approved sample, specification, artwork, quality criteria and production details.

05Production & Inspection

Manufacture the confirmed order and conduct the inspection activities agreed for the project.

06Shipment Coordination

Prepare order documents and coordinate packing, loading and the agreed export arrangement.

Clear Project Boundaries

Documents and Responsibilities Are Defined Per Project

A successful OEM launch depends on both manufacturing execution and the brand owner's market-specific decisions.

Manufacturing Team

Items to confirm in the quotation, sample approval or quality agreement.

  • Manufacturing feasibility and product specification
  • Tooling, sample and production scope
  • Agreed inspection and release records
  • Available company, factory and audit documents
  • Export documents included in the agreed trade term

Brand / Importer

Items generally owned or approved by the buyer for the destination market.

  • Final product claims and intended use
  • Destination-market regulatory assessment
  • Label text, artwork, barcode and translations
  • Required third-party testing or registration
  • Import, distribution and local compliance obligations
Important: ISO certificates, site-audit reports, machine CE documentation and finished-product compliance serve different purposes. The applicable evidence must be confirmed for the specific product and destination market.
Before You Inquire

Common OEM Questions

Commercial values are quoted after the product brief is reviewed because material, tooling, packing and order volume all affect the result.

What is the difference between OEM and ODM?

OEM usually follows a buyer-defined product specification or reference. ODM includes more support in developing the product concept and manufacturing solution. The final scope is confirmed in the quotation.

What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ depends on the raw material, dimensions, custom tooling, print method, packaging format and production arrangement. Send your target quantity and annual forecast for an applicable quotation.

Can you make samples before mass production?

Sample development can be included after feasibility review. Sample type, cost, timing and what the sample is intended to approve should be agreed before work begins.

Can we customize the shape, size and embossing?

Yes, subject to material behavior, tooling feasibility and production layout. Send a dimensioned drawing or reference sample so the engineering team can propose the suitable mold and arrangement.

How long will sampling and production take?

Lead time varies with product complexity, tooling, artwork approval, packaging readiness, material availability and order quantity. A schedule is confirmed after the requirements and commercial scope are agreed.

Can you provide compliance documents?

Available company, facility, audit, material and production documents can be reviewed for the project. The buyer should identify the documents and testing required for the product's destination market.
