How long does delivery take?
Standard machine lead time is 30–45 days after order confirmation and deposit receipt. Custom mold configurations may require an additional 7–15 days depending on complexity.
Can you make custom embossing patterns and sizes?
Yes. KNK machines support fully custom mold rollers for any embossing pattern, pad shape, and dimensions. Our in-house machining team handles all mold fabrication.
Is installation and training included?
Remote commissioning guidance is included for all machines. On-site installation and operator training are available; please discuss your location and requirements during the inquiry process.
Do you supply spare parts internationally?
Yes. Spare parts for all active KNK machine models are available for international shipping. Contact our after-sales team with your machine model number and the specific component needed.
What power supply do the machines require?
Most KNK machines are configured for AC 380V, 50Hz three-phase power as standard. 220V configurations may be available for specific markets — please state your factory power supply when inquiring.
Can I visit the factory for a live demonstration?
Factory visits and machine demonstrations are welcome by appointment. Please contact us at least 5 business days in advance so we can schedule a trial run with your preferred product specification.
