Can one KNK-310 produce different shapes and sizes?
Yes. The 310 mm main platform can support different product formats by changing the corresponding mold set and machine parameters. The exact layout depends on the product drawing and required spacing.
What should I send for a custom product?
Send dimensions, shape, material structure, layers, embossing or edge design, target capacity and a drawing or clear reference image.
Does the line include automatic final packing?
The current KNK-310 scope automates material feeding, forming, cutting and stacking. Final packing is completed manually unless a separate packaging-integration project is confirmed.
Can I request service for an existing machine?
Yes. Select after-sales support and provide the model, serial number, installation location, issue description, alarm information and supporting photos or video.
