The exact sequence depends on the bag, box, label and quality plan. A typical manual packing cell includes these four stages.

The KNK-310 main line does not automatically bag or seal the finished pads in its standard cutting-and-stacking scope. Confirm any downstream interface or packaging equipment as a separate project item.
Separating the forming line from final packing can reduce initial system complexity and let manufacturers test or serve multiple pack formats without installing a dedicated automated packer for each format.
Manual packing is not automatically the lowest-cost answer. Compare its flexibility with labor availability, sustained pack rate and quality-control needs.

Machine output alone does not determine staffing. Operators may also inspect, insert, seal, label, code and case-pack. The workflow should be time-studied using the intended packaging materials and work instructions.
Starting calculation: required stacks per minute ÷ sustainable completed packs per operator per minute. Then add realistic allowance for replenishment, inspection, breaks, rejects and changeover.
A stable, repeatable packaging specification makes downstream automation easier to evaluate and less risky.
