Frequently Asked Questions

⚙️ Equipment Capabilities
What raw materials can the machine process?
The KNK-310-04S is optimized for various non-woven materials, spunlace, and pure cotton layers. It typically processes material weights between 120-240 gsm with exceptional stability at high speeds.
Do your machines use chemical adhesives for lamination?
Absolutely not. We utilize an advanced zero-glue physical hot melt technology. This ensures a much cleaner and safer production process, perfectly aligning with the strict environmental and safety standards required by premium wellness brands.
Can we produce different product shapes on a single machine?
Yes. Thanks to our rapid mold-swapping system, you can easily switch production between standard round pads, square wipes, and custom shapes. Furthermore, distinct product categories like Wet Compress Pads, which have unique market positioning and functional benefits, can also be perfectly manufactured on the same main unit by simply utilizing customized mold rollers.
🏭 Factory Setup & Operation
How many operators are required to run the line?
Due to the integration of 7-axis independent servo drives and automated staggered output, the entire high-speed main line operates efficiently with a minimum of only 2 operators per shift, significantly reducing your daily labor costs.
Do you provide factory layout and workflow planning?
Yes. We do not just sell machines; we deliver turnkey solutions. Based on our extensive operational experience powering the Little Cotton brand across 48,000 sqm of real-world manufacturing facilities, our engineers can provide comprehensive spatial planning and logistical workflow optimization for your new plant.
What are the specific utility requirements for installation?
The equipment requires a perfectly flat industrial floor, a stable AC 380V (50Hz) power supply supporting an 11 kW load, and a consistent 0.6 - 0.8 MPa external air compressor system. While a clinical-grade cleanroom is not mandatory, strong physical segregation of production zones is highly recommended to comply with SMETA 4-Pillar and FDA audits.
🌍 Global Shipping & Support
What is the standard manufacturing lead time?
Standard machine configurations generally require 45 to 60 days for precision manufacturing, assembly, and rigorous pre-shipment factory testing. Projects requiring highly customized die-cutting molds may need slight schedule adjustments.
How do you manage international shipping and customs?
Cross-border procurement is entirely seamless with KNK. We have a dedicated, specialized in-house logistics team of over 20 personnel handling container loading, export documentation, and global shipping, with deep expertise in supplying markets across Japan, South Korea, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Russia.
Is overseas installation and technical support available?
Yes. We offer a standard 12-month warranty on core components. For deployment, we provide comprehensive remote commissioning guidance and video manuals. Depending on project scope and contract terms, we can also dispatch our engineers for on-site overseas installation and operator training.
