Specialized Nonwoven Focus
Engineering is concentrated on feeding, embossing, forming, precision cutting and stacking for cotton and nonwoven products.
About KNK Automation
KNK develops specialized equipment for nonwoven converting, using feedback from real commercial production to improve stability, changeovers and day-to-day operation.
Engineering Connected to Production
Guangdong Little Cotton’s need for higher output, better material utilization and more consistent production helped drive the development of KNK Automation. Today, KNK focuses on equipment engineering while Little Cotton operates KNK systems in daily, high-volume cotton pad manufacturing.
This connection creates a practical feedback loop. Observations from operators, maintenance work, material behavior and product changeovers are returned to the KNK engineering team for evaluation and refinement.
Evidence Before Claims
Our equipment story is supported by factory operations, installed systems and ongoing work with manufacturers—not only showroom trials.
Facility and production-output figures include factory-proving operations with Guangdong Little Cotton Non-woven Products Co., Ltd.
How We Engineer
We focus on the processes that materially affect output, consistency and product flexibility, then define the automation boundary clearly.
Engineering is concentrated on feeding, embossing, forming, precision cutting and stacking for cotton and nonwoven products.
A 310 mm material platform can support different shapes, sizes, patterns and lane layouts through project-specific molds and settings.
Automated and operator-managed stages are stated clearly so buyers can evaluate staffing, packaging and future integration realistically.

Quality and Documentation
We separate machine conformity, management-system certification, site-level social auditing and factory acceptance testing so the scope of each document remains clear.
Review CertificationsConfiguration-specific conformity documentation for covered KNK equipment.
Current certificate details and scope can be supplied for buyer review.
Site-level audit information, clearly distinguished from product certification.
Mechanical, electrical, material-trial and output checks before shipment.
