What KNK-310 Means

310 mm Is the Web Width—Not a Fixed Cotton Pad Size

Product dimensions are determined by market demand. The product drawing determines the mold, and the mold layout determines how many pads can be arranged across the 310 mm material web. This allows one cosmetic cotton pad making machine to cover makeup remover pads, facial pads and cotton rounds with the matching tooling.

From Product Drawing to Production Configuration

  1. Send the product shape, dimensions, material and design drawing.
  2. KNK engineers the mold structure and 310 mm web layout.
  3. The embossing, edge-sealing and cutting mold set is prepared.
  4. Operators install the mold set and adjust the related parameters.
  5. Trial samples are inspected before full production begins.
