Parent-roll unwinding
Pneumatic roll loading, tension control and web guiding keep the tissue running straight into the machine.
Embossing unit
A steel-to-wool embossing unit presses your edge or full-surface pattern, or your logo, into the tissue. Add a second unit for two patterns.
Folding section
Folding boards fold the embossed web to your napkin format.
Counting
An electronic counter with staggered stacking keeps every stack at the same quantity and easy to pick up.
Guarded saw cutting
A guarded saw cuts the folded log into napkin stacks at the output.
Speed control
A variable-frequency drive gives smooth start-up and running speeds up to 750 napkins per minute.

Questions about this machine
How fast is the standard napkin folding machine?
Up to 750 napkins per minute, with a normal operating range of 400–750 per minute depending on napkin size, fold and paper. For the 230 mm model we guarantee 650 napkins per minute in the contract.
What napkins can the standard model produce?
Paper napkins for restaurants, hotels, catering and retail packs. The napkin size, fold and ply are set to your product during configuration.
Can I change the embossing pattern later?
Yes. The pattern is on the embossing roller, so a new pattern means a new roller. Send the pattern and we will quote the roller.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 30 days from order. Sea freight to your port is added on top, and we quote it with your machine.
What warranty do I get?
Every machine comes with a 1-year warranty. Parts and technical support come straight from the KNK team that built it, not from a reseller.
How fast do I get a quotation?
