📏 Minimum Footprint
The core machine dimensions are 4950 x 1210 x 1700 mm. We strictly recommend reserving an operating area of at least 7 x 4 meters to allow sufficient room for safe raw roll loading, agile packing, and routine maintenance access.
⚡ Utilities Routing
Power panels should be placed safely away from high-traffic zones. A stable AC 380V supply and overhead piping for the 0.6 - 0.8 MPa air compressor system must be strategically routed to avoid interfering with forklift logistics.
🛡️ Environmental Control
While a medical-grade cleanroom is optional, creating a physically segregated processing zone is crucial. Proper ventilation and dust-control measures will strongly assist in easily passing strict international SMETA and FDA audits.
